Want to know if a firmware or drone is supported? Check the supported models page, do not submit a support ticket asking this as its on the website!  If your drone or firmware version is not supported, then there is nothing we can offer and we do not discuss if/when firmware versions or models will be available.

Support Models

If you have a question that is not answered on the website or Wiki, then please submit a ticket via "open a new ticket"

Do not put random information into the required fields. You must enter all the information required correctly or your ticket will be rejected automatically by the system or your ticket will be ignored or delayed further by us having to request the required information. We are here to help, but if you do not give us any helpful information, it will make everyone's job a lot harder. 

Remember, support is NOT a live chat and replies may take upto 72 hours at busy periods. Please note that support does not operate during the weekends or public holidays so replies will be further delayed.
